CONSULTATION
A complimentary consultation is provided upon request after booking. This service is primarily for but not limited to clientele in need of assistance in refining their concept.
BOOKING POLICY
A 25% security deposit must be made to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will be deducted from the final payment. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of SylveraVision Photography policies.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
If your date needs to be changed once you have booked your session, you have ONE reschedule allowed. You must contact Sylvera Vision Photography via email at least 48 hours prior to your original shoot to reschedule your session. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, you will FORFEIT your deposit and will need to schedule a new session. For weather cancellations, you will receive an email to let you know your session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. The photographer has the final decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
LATE POLICY
A late fee applies to all clients who are late from the time of the appointment.After 15 minutes, there will be a $25 late fee. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
ARRIVAL
- Hair, and makeup must be done prior to the appointment
- For location-based appointments, a changing tent can be provided if requested and if location permits.
TRAVELING FEES
Costs may vary based on the locations.
TURNAROUND TIME
Additional edits/ expedited edits are not guaranteed, this largely depends on the volume of clientele and complexity of the edit.
- Please allow 4-10 business days for images to be delivered.
- Expedited photo delivery:
- 24 hours: $150
- 48 hours: $75
- For events, please allow 4-10 business days for images to be delivered.
- Expedited photo delivery:
- 24 hours:$150
- 48 hours:$100
EDITING
- A link to all proofs (unedited images are watermarked) will be delivered within 48-72 hours.
- If a clientele would like the unedited images without a watermark a release fee is available for purchase.
- Once edits are delivered any specific changes must be addressed within 48 hours, otherwise, requests will be disregarded.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Sessions must be paid in full prior to the shoot date or immediately after the shoot via Stripe or PayPal. Cash/Zelle/Venmo is accepted as well.
- There will be no refunds. Refunds will only be applied if an appointment is canceled by SylveraVision Photography
COPYRIGHT
The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions for. including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio-entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display on within or on the photographer's website.
